The process

How does the process work from start to finish?

We start with a quick call to understand your business and what you need. From there we design and build your app, keeping you updated throughout. Once it's ready we walk you through everything and hand it over. Most projects are completed within two weeks.

How long does it take to build my app?

It depends on the plan. Starter builds are typically done in under a week. Standard builds take 1–2 weeks. Pro builds, which involve full custom development and integrations, take up to one month. We'll give you a firm timeline before any work begins.

Do I need to know anything about tech?

Not at all. We handle everything on the technical side. All you need to do is tell us what your business needs and we'll take care of the rest. We'll also walk you through how to use your app once it's delivered.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just a short conversation about your business, what problem you want to solve, and any branding you already have (logo, colors, etc.). We'll take it from there and check in with you as we build.

Pricing & payment

How do I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer. We typically ask for 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Monthly maintenance is billed automatically each month.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The build fee and monthly maintenance rate are agreed upfront. If you request changes or additions outside the original scope, we'll give you a clear quote before doing any extra work.

What does the monthly maintenance cover?

Monthly maintenance covers hosting, keeping your app running smoothly, minor text or content updates, and technical support if anything goes wrong. It ensures your app stays live and up to date without you having to worry about it.

Can I cancel the monthly maintenance?

Yes, you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. If you cancel, we'll provide you with all the files for your app so you can host it yourself or take it elsewhere.

Ownership & changes

Do I own the app once it's built?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full the app and all its code belong to you. We retain no ownership or rights over anything we build for you.

Can I request changes after the app is delivered?

Absolutely. Minor updates are covered under your monthly maintenance plan. For larger changes or new features we'll provide a quote. We're here for the long term and want your app to grow with your business.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. If your business grows and you need more features or a more advanced build, we can upgrade your existing app or rebuild it at a discounted rate since we already know your business inside and out.
